The work is very diverse and interesting. Strong involvement with government programmes and European Union affairs. Highly trained personnel, a great place to work.
Cons
There are not many opportunities to get a promotion and the salaries are predefined according to years of experience. In current Greek economy, the salaries have been significantly reduced, and some benefits that existed in the past are no longer available.
