Clean environment, stable hours, nice break room, company quarterly meetings were impressive, good pay

Cons

inconsistent work flow, rules were set but not enforced (I.e. phone etiquette, proper safety guidelines for lifts, break times) opportunities for growth were stifled

Pay and benefits got better over time, middle management should run the company, you’ll be a rockstar at first then if you’re smart they will move you out of the company if you don’t see rainbows and butterflies with everything they suggest.

Cons

Let’s just say lots of agreements over the last few years that don’t let people post the honest reviews. Constant change in direction at this company. If you want to learn to stroke egos this is the place for you. Numbers continue to go down despite numerous acquisitions. CEO literally says one thing and you need to “understand” he really means to do the opposite.
