Great People deserves a better management

Pros

Big Family that works together for a common goal. It was the company biggest strength and the strongest "pro" for an employee.

Cons

Big gap between higher management and operations staff. This led to poor decision making, resulting in frustration within the company. Salaries weren't a strong point but they were always on time.
