Pros
Convenient for me, small work force so you do a large amount of the work. Its an online company so its only getting products ready for shipment. Small work environment and easily manageable.
Cons
normal human emotion, assistance with technology seems to be a constant. Hours are very little in general, unless its the Holidays where an extra person is helpful.
