      Ryan and Robin treat their team members like family. The work environment is healthy, supportive, positive, and productive. MTG's core values reflect a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.

      Cons

      Absolutely none... MTG is a rare find in today's employment market.

      They have solid Core Values and promote them. People first, always - Above & Beyond - Sense of Urgency - Team Player - Do the Right Thing Positive work environment Great support system - You can ask for help, and there is always someone who is willing to assist. The owners are one of the reasons the company is successful. They take care of the people and the company. They are the first to jump in and assist. Great benefits.

      Like a lot of companies at this time, hard to fill open jobs. Employees take on extra work to cover, but, they do so with the appreciation of the owners and management.
