      Pros

      flexible working hours is a much-appreciated benefit in an otherwise challenging work environment

      Cons

      Despite the leadership rhetoric, the reality is a pervasive culture of micromanagement. Managers are heavily involved in every detail of the work, leaving little room for individual initiative or creative problem-solving. This constant oversight undermines the very principles of leadership that the company claims to champion. no growth opportunities

      Pros

      Free snacks, drinks, catered food once a week, all the amenities of a start up tech company. Top of the line equipment, chairs, computers, headsets, etc.

      Cons

      Owner made promises that he didn’t keep, preached doing the right thing, that we were family, but as soon as he got what he wanted dropped everyone like a hot potato. Turnout out to be a snake oil salesman
