Executive team- Messages would pop up durning meetings or messages would be left on computers where other employees could read them. Messages from President of company talking about others performance or making of of other employees. CEO is completely out of tune with his business. He always has a comment for everything and cleary does not what he is talking about. He is only in for the money. Vice President oversees alot of the work but micromanages because the President is not in the office and is constantly wanting updates. Office is overran with the executives kids and lack of experience in a professional setting. 7 out 13 positions are held by a family member.

Work load in contracts are impossible to do with the ratio of people they decide to keep on hand to save money. People always call out and there isnt ever enough people to replace those, leaving the team to do more work, regardless if janitorial, stocking, or etc. HR is a joke. They defend people with horrible track records leaving leads and coworkers to deal with said people. people that don't show up. don't work as a team. its all over the place, constantly. then nothing happens to those that deserve it.
