For positions in graphic design, community management, or brand management, there are no set limits on tasks or established projects, which means there is an unrealistic expectation of what a design professional or community manager can handle. It is expected that a single person will manage social media, handle multiple company brands (as there is more than one), possess video editing skills, as well as communication and literacy skills, in addition to other internal project tasks of software development such as UX/UI design, stationery design, and internal corporate application design.
