flexibility...per diem work...they allow you to work different shifts ...independent monotonous computer work . .
Cons
very low pay...poor communication....nasty managers that do not support staff....very poor disorganized training...hires lpns with limited /poor knowledge and experience...will scream and yell if a mistake is made...although you were never trained in that area..
