None at all. This place is a joke!

Cons

Everything! They pretend to be a faith-based organization and they are far from that!

Pros

Most of the locations are nice. Some of the people are not backstabbers or lazy Pay is slightly higher BUT the crappy benefits and work environment makes the few dollars not worth it

Cons

Where do I begin: - I was lied to about getting a consistent full time work schedule. I can say that at least 4 months of my 1 year tenure at this company I was given far less than a full time schedule and had to use m own savings to pay the bills. - I was told that if I observed the Sabbath I would not be hired. However, they had paid time off for others celebrating other religious holidays. My medical assistant was allowed to leave me alone to practice her religion even with patients waiting. She was also allowed to create potential sentinel events without any consequences. Though I had documentation, it was ignored for 7 months. I had to threaten legal action to have them removed from working with me. It was at this point that I requested a transfer where I was scheduled almost every Sabbath to work. - The medical director and owner, came to visit my site one day. Instead of inquiring about a seriously ill person he said his goodbyes and walked out. I believe he doesn't care about his employees or the the patients we see. It was at this point that I began looking for another job. - They attempted to take away my hard earned vacation time till I had to threaten them with potential legal action. I was told I had to prescribe antibiotics for patients, who didn't need them, because "after all it is a business. - The managers do not care about their staff. They are the enemies. They are there as a messenger from the upper management and will throw you under the bus unless they like you. When I started I was promised that if the census got particularly hectic I would have help with a second provider. However during the particularly bad flu season I was told that I would not have any help because it was "only flu". You do not get lunches or breaks as a provider. - The medical doctor I was initially working with was conducting primary care in the urgent care setting. Patients would get angry when I wouldn't work them up beyond what is appropriate for urgent care. - When I started here I was told not to trust anything I was told. I didn't listen but I should have. And finally, there is absolutely NO upward mobility in this company. Where you start is where you will stay.
