Pros
Not many, I wasn’t here long but, while I was they either got rid of the good people or the good ones with all the experience left. Only inexperienced kids now, the owners kids.
Cons
There were people who had lots of experience & had been with the company 5 & 6 years but, they were treated so bad they all left or were reduced to barely part time. Just talke to one & the owners have hired their kids, who have NO experience in this business. Just because the mother wanted her kids all working for her & according to the long term employees, always has. One of the kids just graduated from high school & then they hired his friend who’s still in high school. One of the old timer employees hadn’t had a raise in 5yrs so he finally left. Just avoid this place.
