    Positive Outlook

    I worked at Medtech full-time

    Pros

Great people, friendly atmosphere with work from home and work life balance fostered. Upper management was somewhat easy to access.

    Cons

management was overall ok, but advancing wasn't fostered. Cross-functionality was limited by silo'ed business units trying to protect their turf.

    Advice to Management

listen to the people in the field even if its not popular, they know what the customers want and need, some decisions seem to be made without hearing the customers voice.

    Pros

A great place to work as long as you are self-sufficient and no need in much leadership.

    Cons

If you do not produce -- you will not last long. i feel my talent is under utilized but i have a lot of latitude in my position and treat my territory as my own business. small but growing company. some managers have no experience and no clue how to manage people that have twice the years in the business.

    Advice to Management

recognize the talent that you have on board and delegate. reward those who produce above their budgeted plan.
