Working at meethub has been an incredibly disheartening experience due to the toxic environment, poor management, absence of teamwork, and an unhelpful HR team. It is with great disappointment that I share my thoughts on my time with this company. From day one, the atmosphere within the office has been toxic. There is a prevailing sense of negativity and hostility among colleagues, making it challenging to feel motivated or supported. The lack of respect and cooperation amongst team members greatly hindered productivity and hindered the overall work environment. Unfortunately, the management at meethub is far from effective. There is a clear lack of leadership and communication skills among those in positions of authority. Decisions are made without proper consideration for employee well-being or input, resulting in a demoralized and frustrated workforce. Additionally, the management's inability to address and resolve conflicts further exacerbates the toxic environment. One of the most concerning aspects of working at meethub is the complete absence of teamwork. Collaboration and cooperation among colleagues are virtually non-existent. The lack of teamwork not only affects individual performance but also leads to a fragmented work environment, hindering overall company success. Moreover, the HR team at MeetHub is undoubtedly the worst I have encountered. When attempting to address concerns or seek assistance, they are unresponsive, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of providing support and guidance, they seem more focused on protecting the company's image and avoiding any responsibility. For example, they informed me in April that they have applied for my visa but in August when I asked them to give me a receipt they said that they are laying off people so they have not filed my visa. And when asked when are you planning for the layoffs, they said they will not disclose that. They have been laying off one person at a time for a very long time. They will replace the experienced engineer with newly graduated engineer and they will ask you to train your replacement. They will not give you any notice even when they have decided about the layoff for a while. In conclusion, my experience at MeetHub has been marred by a toxic work environment, ineffective management, a lack of teamwork, and an unhelpful HR team. These issues have had a detrimental impact on both my professional growth and overall well-being. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to think twice and explore other opportunities that offer a healthier and more supportive work environment.
