Pros

Brilliant work enviroment and friendly staff. Everyone is willing to help eachother out to get the best outcome.

Cons

No clear or evident progression, or pay scale. The company direction can be confusing at times. Passion does go unnoticed.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback – it’s really appreciated, especially from someone who’s been with the business for a number of years. It’s great to hear you value the working environment and the supportive, collaborative culture across teams. That willingness to help each other is something we know makes a big difference to day-to-day experience. Your points around progression, pay structure, and clarity of direction are important and clearly areas where expectations aren’t always being met consistently. We recognise that when progression pathways and pay transparency aren’t clear, it can affect motivation and how people see their long-term future with the business. The comment about passion going unnoticed is also something we take seriously. Making sure effort and contribution are recognised properly is a key part of engagement, and it’s an area we continue to focus on improving. We really appreciate you sharing this perspective – feedback like this helps highlight where we need to keep building better structure, clarity, and recognition across the organisation.

Disappointing culture

Pros

Some supportive colleagues at peer level, and I had a good opportunity to get exposure to various tasks.

Cons

High turnover within the department. Very poor management and culture, inconsistency in how employees are treated. Once a manager has made up their mind about you, its impossible to change it and it impacts progression and morale. They basically beat you down then complain that you're beaten down...

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback – it’s appreciated. It’s good to hear you had supportive colleagues and were able to gain exposure to different tasks during your time here. Those early experiences can be really valuable, especially in a short tenure. The concerns you’ve raised around consistency of management, fairness in how people are treated, and the impact this has on morale and progression are taken seriously. Regardless of intent, if people feel decisions are fixed or feedback doesn’t lead to change, that’s something we need to understand and address. We also recognise the point around accountability and transparency. Consistency in leadership behaviour and ensuring employees feel they have a fair opportunity to develop and progress are key expectations, and where there are gaps, we need to close them. We appreciate you sharing this – even when experiences are difficult, it helps highlight where focus is needed to improve culture and leadership consistency going forward.
