Business Outlook
Pros
Promises a good wage despite starting you at a poor wage. This is my opinion based on my work experience at Meloche Windows.
Cons
This employer will find ways to not pay you what you are contractually owed. They will lie about their obligations, and withhold your pay. It doesn't matter if you have a family to take care of or mouths to feed. This employer will lie to the government when they step in on your behalf. And when they are ordered to pay, they will ignore and not respond. This is called wage theft - stealing from those that rely on their incomes to take care of themselves and their families. This is my opinion based on my work experience at Meloche Windows.
