Everybody wants to be fintech but it's just a buzzword like this whole company is just a buzzword. Stay away. I question all of the ethics and culture.
Unfortunately, senior 'management' has been infected with 3 loudmouth recently. They have changed the company into a blame first organization, and the infection is spreading. Meetings devolve into finger pointing and blame, simple questions now involve cc'ing as many people as possible to try and make the sender look good. Collaboration is no longer a thing. Used to be nice, but those days are long gone.

I was saddened to read this review.
Having just started as MAP’s new CEO in October, I have found everyone, including the senior management team, to truly be a team of dedicated, honest, hardworking, and most importantly, nice people!
I feel truly blessed to be given this opportunity to work at MAP, and I want this employee to know that if will give me a chance to listen to their issues, they have a welcome and safe place to do so.
We have put our culture, which includes inclusivity, as our #1 focus as a company. We truly want all of our employees to feel that they are valued and have a “seat at the table” to make us the very best place to work.
I’ve not experienced a single instance of blame or fingerpointing in the 7 weeks I’ve been at MAP, but if it’s happening, we’ll address it and fix it.
We value the transparency that Glassdoor provides and hope to work with the person who wrote this review on a plan with objectives where they can feel happy and energized as part of the MAP team.
