Talented People Trapped in Chaotic Leadership

Cons

I wanted this role to work. There are genuinely talented, hardworking people here doing their best to keep things moving despite a leadership culture that often feels impulsive, reactive, and unprofessional. In a matter of months, I watched employees criticized publicly in front of coworkers and then dismissed shortly afterward. I also watched a new hire relocate their life for the opportunity, only to be terminated within weeks. Incidents like these were not viewed internally as shocking anomalies - they became part of the atmosphere. The most difficult part of working here was the instability. Employees were expected to remain fully invested while leadership decisions regularly undermined trust, morale, and any sense of psychological safety. There was a persistent feeling that optics took priority over thoughtful management or long-term planning. It is unfortunate, because the company does employ smart and capable people. But talent alone cannot compensate for a culture where employees are left uncertain about whether professionalism, consistency, or basic respect will be present from one week to the next. Anyone considering a role here should ask direct questions about turnover, management practices, and how conflict or performance concerns are handled internally.

Pros

Welcoming environment, collaborative, company events

Cons

Will lay you off with very little notice, or hire you without even having any work for you lined up.
