      Pros

      - A lot to learn from day 1 and working on interesting things - Knowledgeble colleagues that are willing to share - Small team so your decisions matter - Full remote and flexible working hours - Management open to ideas and hierarchy is pretty flat

      - Can seem hectic from time to time but it's a small team so expected

      Pros

      Supportive Leadership: The founders care about the team and the product, they genuinely listen to feedback from any level of employee and try their best to make a great working environment. The company also supports your development by covering courses and tools that help you grow in your role. Truly Remote Work: I have full flexibility to organize my day and work from anywhere. No mandatory office days or pretend remote work like other companies. The CS Team is the best. Very supportive, great to work with and super fun.

      Cons

      Everything is fully remote, which works well for me most of the time. But if you like in person interaction, you might need to wait once a year for a workshop event. Also, if you don't have suitable working conditions at home, an office is not available to you unless you live in Germany.
