Pros

You get to move around projects often which can introduce you to a lot of new technologies quickly.

Cons

The upper management and senior team members do not follow their own policies that they are very strict on. Very hypocritical. Reviews for promotions are heavily skewed by people that have rarely if ever worked with you.

Pros

The idea is great. Pure Agile.

Cons

The reality is that it's a sweatshop. That is, most people are hired as contractors at low wages. Then directed like employees, no autonomy. You need to follow their dicta. The company has struggled. They tried to open a second office in Chicago, which failed. As long as they get new hires from UoM, they can keep wages low. It's too bad. Most companies today follow Agile, so you can find the same secret-sauce elsewhere with better pay.

Pros

They will hire you if you play their games well, no previous programming experience required.

Cons

Low Pay, under appreciated, biased performance reviews, bad leadership, untrustworthy CEO. They do not practice what they preach. Be prepared to be part of a social experiment rather than build a career.
