      Pros

      Good company and good people to work with. I have been working with them since 2016 and they are very good and helpful. Cherry on Ice cream is they have good lawyer firm and they will guide you properly for any issue.

      Cons

      Instead of Monthly payroll they should accept weekly or bio-weekly payroll policy.
