Excellent systems for the company overall in terms of training, scheduling holiday, reviewing payslips via Itrent app. Competitive pay. General manager is sound and helps where possible.

Cons

Management and supervisors have a generally good attitude but no personal experience with HGV driving so little to no experience to draw on for new HGV drivers support, 4 on 2 off is bad for work life balance.
