There is nothing to like about mercury solutions.There is no policy in the company. They would never cease to dazzle you with the excuses they would come up with to not give you your salary as proffered in the CTC because as I said there is no policy. It's all commandment 'said' on the fly as it pleases them. They cut salary to incentivise the closed coterie running the shop. (yeah, it is yet to qualify as company). The company is not at all employee friendly. I worked there for three weeks, forget about the compensation & relieving letter they even did not bother to offer me an offer letter despite me reminding them about it everyday ever since I joined. Argh !! I hate that I wasted my time in writing reviews but I think it ought be said in the public interest to prevent many from getting trapped. Just think, What type of company allows candidate to work without rolling out offer letter (forget about getting it signed) unless there is hideous intent to save themselves all the trouble of taking things professionally.
