Loved my direct supervisor. Salary was nice.
Cons
Upper management knows the job well, but does not know how to "manage" employees and their drama. Everyone walks on eggshells around the managing director as he put tons of pressure on each employee. Too many secrets and not enough transparent communication with employees. HR was not supporitive.
