The company offers interesting projects and has a recognizable market presence. Some employees are highly skilled and collaborative.

Cons

My experience with management was challenging. I found that some managers preferred close oversight and limited employee autonomy, which made it difficult to fully own projects and slowed career growth opportunities. When I raised concerns about these issues, I felt they were not addressed. If you value a work environment where open dialogue and employee empowerment are priorities, I feel that this may not fully meet those expectations.
