The company continues to grow, and is profitable. There are numerous types of positions within a small company,.

Cons

Benefits are seriously lacking and not competitive. Certain manager that has been fired 3 times, is still working there and regularly harasses employees. Lack of direction some years.

Cons

Management plays favorites, rewards are not based on merit. Junior managers are not trained well and struggle to provide basic legal requirements of employment. Senior managers only care about accounts and will allow contracted workplaces to abuse MetaSource employees.

Pros

Great co-workers, and I learned a lot of great skills--but you have to be willing to accept being "thrown into the deep end". There is support and help, but most of it is informal and ad hoc. If you enjoy that environment, this would be great.

Cons

Maintaining some legacy systems critical to production spread a lot of people pretty thin, and siphoned resources away from more crucial projects.
