      Frequent expectation of overtime work for no overtime pay. Yearly restructuring, causing instability for employees. Inaccessible office. At times, unprofessional management (eg. gossip, talking over or talking down on you).

      Love their company culture! They have fun, impromptu social events (read: food and hockey pools), but also roll up their sleeves and work hard.

      They could do a better job of promoting the company because we need more employees for the work we have.
