Pros
If you are looking for a job with steady hours. This is good for about 10 months out of the year. The people you work with are of good quality.
Cons
The management can be a little cold when it comes to their financial gains. I understand that they are not in it to make friends, but common courtesy goes a long way. There is usually a period of about 1-3 months at the beginning of the year that is very slow. Some guys are out of work for a month at a time.
