Schedules depend on favoritism, so making plans outside work is a gamble. Some coworkers say seriously creepy things and management does nothing about it. There's heavy pressure to put the company above your personal life, which is unsettling. No remote work, no respect for diversity, and the owner makes promises that fall apart later. Beware, a lot of what goes on here crosses into straight up Crime territory.
