      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. Unclear management. Owner is a megalomaniac. Expected to have no life outside of the job. Can be fired on a dime even without any pretense if your personality doesn't align with their own.

      Some good people who are decent and talented.

      Cons

      The owners are horrible as well as ignorant. Tony thinks he is a genius but nobody will tell him he is wrong. He berates people as well as threatens them. The worst work environment I have ever seen.
