      Very strong learning experience in terms of how middle market PE firms evaluate deals, think about returns, fund balancing, etc. Strong mentorship and fun collaborative culture.

      Competitive salary, and a stable firm.

      Cons

      Reviews are always subjective but it wasn't the right company, culture, and job for me. Some senior management were fine to interact with, and others were less than pleasant.
