      Pros

      The company offers good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some PMs lack patience in training new employees and have low communication efficiency, leading to a slow learning process. The office atmosphere can feel quite distant and the company culture is not inclusive. It is not an ideal work environment.

      Nice boss and supervisor. Good exposure to application systems for different industries. Near MTR station.

      Old Company with Old Culture in IT Industry

      Pros

      - No hard requirement on education background - Willing to spend time to train and teach you - Opportunity to work on big tasks and welcome questions

      Cons

      - OT culture, senior employees can claim the OT compensation (too) easily, yet new joiners are supposed to 'willing to OT' (yes they will give you work right before your off-hour) - Few talented people, most long-time employees stayed so long they probably unable to seek a similar position elsewhere with the same pay - Office politics, some trying to make others report to them to show authority, some trying to be the sole connection with clients. Not quite a tech environment.
