- OT culture, senior employees can claim the OT compensation (too) easily, yet new joiners are supposed to 'willing to OT' (yes they will give you work right before your off-hour)
- Few talented people, most long-time employees stayed so long they probably unable to seek a similar position elsewhere with the same pay
- Office politics, some trying to make others report to them to show authority, some trying to be the sole connection with clients. Not quite a tech environment.
