    Pros

    Healthcare costs were pretty good

    Cons

    They are more about the money and trying to sign another group/team then about the employee. Mgmt was non existent. Salary was lower than the Avg.

    If you have good connect with people you move up the ladder not on the basis of technical merit

    Concept of professionalism, ethics, and common sense is a out of the world concept here. Lots of favoritism.

    Pros

    They try to manage the account some how even with 1 person working in Fortune 500 company.

    Cons

    Not good number of Clients / presence. Whereever Mindtree has won an account, its going to be small team/ work group getting engaged. Upper management always give obvious reasons on any kind of requests from employees.

    Very little motivation for extra learning and personal growth. Not all the middle level managers are equipped enough to mentor the lower level employees

    Make middle level management more accountable.
