    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Mindtree full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Being middle-of-the-road inside a team means you will always get paid

    Cons

    Excellence will never be recognized
H1B visa workers will get benefits that you will not
    No path to advancement

This company is Indian-based and Indian-biased. That is not necessarily bad, but you should understand that small perks (like parking privelages and schedule tweaks) will always go to their H1B visa workers first.

If you are willing to fight for equal treatment then you will do well, but you won't ever enjoy this employer.

(Have to say, though, my Indian coworkers and peers were a delight to work beside.)

    Advice to Management

If you are going to hire US Citizens then at least understand the work culture and don't make your biases so blatantly obvious.

  7. "Project Manager"

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Mindtree full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Exposure to multiple verticals and clients

    Cons

Misogynistic attitudes and practices of management
and I can echo the comments of other former employees
Hostile working environment with cursing managers

    Excellence will never be recognized
H1B visa workers will get benefits that you will not
    No path to advancement
This company is Indian-based and Indian-biased
    Blatant mis-management for resource management

Huge bench but no projects and no managers with industry knowledge to bring in those projects
    No sales development
An Agile COE with no members who have practical Agile experience

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and recognize what a mass exodus means
Hiring someone who doesn't care or have the passion to be a manager who runs the company into the ground will ruin your reputation
