      Pros

      You can learn how to report news, just like in other news organizations. However, the space for news is shrinking more and more; this place is no longer the "Ming Pao" it used to be.

      Cons

      The workload is intense, requiring you to be on duty from day to night, sometimes without time for lunch or dinner; and the salary is extremely low. Overall, there is very harmful to your mental health.
