HR Leadership including all personnel in HR lack basic understanding of HR and employee service. They behave like owners of the company and employees are scared to bring them real concerns. Worst HR department I have seen in my 20 year of service across 5 companies.

Posting fake jobs with inflated salaries is highly detrimental because it wastes candidates’ time, damages trust in the company, and pollutes the job market with misleading expectations. It can trick applicants into sharing private career information, benchmarks, or competitive intelligence under false pretenses. This behavior also hurts real employers by distorting salary norms and making genuine roles harder to fill. Ultimately, it harms everyone: candidates feel manipulated, companies lose credibility, and the hiring ecosystem becomes less reliable and transparent.
