Pros
Modine does a good job taking care of the employee that try to make a name for themselves. The office environment can be laid back, they are good about letting you flex your hours if your salary.
Cons
Very much a good old boy company, unless you get in the right click your chances of career growth are minimized. The plants don't always get the support they need in a timely fashion. Then get the blame when projects miss due dates.
