      Modus design is second to none - the end

      Cons

      If there was an option for minus or zero that would have been selected. The one star is mandatory. The middle and senior management at Modus are incompetent narcissists who view people as disposable and part of an assembly line, they are self obsessed and at times cruel. Like any abusive relationship everything appears rosy on the surface but when you look at the mechanics they are vile.

      Longest employment I had in my industry sector almost 3 years.

      Cons

      Management ignore complaints relating to toxic comments and behaviour in the workplace. LGBTQ+ people are not celebrated and persons of non European decent are not respected. No recognition of people with disabilities and failure to support those with mental health issues. If you’re ill then you are fired.

      This was a challenging review for us to read. Re: LGBT, as Head of Talent, I too am an LGBT professional. I would be eager to understand what more the company could have done to celebrate pride. Re: "Persons of non European Decent" - this claim is quite honestly shocking and totally false. We are proud of have hired lots of new staff members who have used the new route open to Hong Kong British Nationals. Regarding not recognizing people with disabilities or mental health support, we offer Occupational Health to all employees who need it. We also partner with Maximus UK to provide mental health support. It's genuinely disappointing to read this review which is filled with inaccurate information from top to bottom.       The company name is well known

      Cons

      Cronyism runs rife in this sewer of a workplace. Morons who a favourites get rewarded despite incompetence. There is a putrid mix of evil and warped personalities, where neglectful owners promote and reward the very people who create these problems. This is why the company is struggling
