Department wasn't very opportunistic and did not like to hire within, Very bureaucratic, do not take care of their people well. Leaders walk around with their noses in the air

A once great facility, now headed in the wrong direction.

Great staff with diverse educational background. Facility is fairly well kept, especially if you work in an area visible to patients.

Cons

The current administration is taking the facility in a direction where the only concern is the bottom line. Employee satisfaction is a thing of the past and bureaucracy is now the norm. Many managers have been over promoted.
