- Management DOES NOT listen to you - Management DOES NOT value your thoughts or your accomplishments - Management WILL blame you for their lack of training and feedback - Management WILL NOT communicate to you or respond to you until absolutely necessary and WILL dodge questions - Management EXPLOITS young workers and will cease to communicate timely if you stand up for yourself - Management will promote THEMSELVES instead of any of their workers
