Pros
Somewhat flexible. Minimum benefits. Had good manager.
Cons
Lacks training. Too many meetings and not enough implementation. For a tech company, zero fun factors apart from maybe once a year and it wasn’t paid. Too many requirements for each position especially tech team. Small business but ran very corporate. No bonuses. Rewards for hard work is more work without any increases in pay in 2-3 yrs. Impossible metrics to be successful as an employee or business. I do not recommend.
