    Pros

    The coworkers were great and the seasonal guests were like family members

    Cons

    Company owners tried to bolster the sinking ship by trying to sign up seasonal campers with no real business plan.

    Pros

    Can hire your own staff. Provided a home because must live in park. Enjoy time with campers

    Cons

    Constant conference calls in minites notice, day of or not. Not enough helo. I ran a 400 site campground and was told to lay off anyone not on salary-i was the only salary employee. Best part was when a hurricane was coming, they wanted me to try and sell future seasons when in days their trailer could be gone. They never even called about our well being or provide clean up help.

    Advice to Management

    Your people are not dumb, if so you hired them maybe check yourself.

    Pros

    Paid well. Health insurance was good. I can't really honestly say anything positive about this company except they are no longer in the RV business and not ruining people's lives.

    Cons

    No personal life. Owner insults and belittles everyone. He believes everyone that works for him is absolutely stupid and he is so much smarter than everyone else. He now owns self storage facilities and can't imagine his behavior towards his employees or customers has changed.

    The fellow employees are great to work with.

    The owners lies, cheats, and treats its employees like dirt under their feet.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the managing members

    Pros

    I honestly can't think of a single good thing to say.

    Cons

    I cried on my way to work & cried on my way home. I always made sure to leave the property for lunch so I wasn't made to work through my lunch hour. Upper management is rude and mean, they do not care about anyone who works in the call center... you are basically treated like their punching bag. Policies, specials, and pricing would change on a whim, sometimes mutiple times a day. We were also made to "cold call" people from purchased phone lists... sometimes over 300 calls a day to people who do not own an RV, do not camp, & scream at you because they want to know how you got their number.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with a little respect. Just because someone is working in the lowest paying tier of your company, it does not mean they deserve to be treated like they are less of a person than you.

    Recruiting pitch was great but all lies.

    Cons

    Owner was crazy out of his mind on hundreds of conference calls.

    Get out of the people business.

    None that I could think of

    Cons

    long hours, low pay. Also, hard get anything done because venders would not do anything unless Morgan paid cash. Did not pay enough for what they asked . The husband owner would yell and berate people during company phone calls and company e-mails. As a GM for a New Jersey park and then after two other GM's quit we had to run ours and those two. Thought mine was only park screwed up ,but saw those were worse. They had engineer lie to board of health about septic system and this is just the beginning of what a mess this company was . Like taking profits and buying thing for him and her ,but did not put back in business. No wonder they lost most of their parks .

    Advice to Management

    Get in another business or maybe work for someone who is as bad as they were so they can see the hell we all lived with.

    Pros

    Lots of room to "move up" now that the entire corporate staff (with the exception of the sycophants) has been released, "given the winter off", or quit.

    Cons

    Despicable and deceptive business practices. No concern for well being of staff. No concern for guests.
