      Pros

      It's been an absolute pleasure to be a part of Mosaic, and I'm really sad to leave. Everyone from the top down has created a work environment that allows for learning as much as contributing to the various projects, and the company is full of extremely talented and smart people.

      Cons

      No disadvantages. Work environment is great as well as work-life balance, and the company is always looking ahead in terms of new projects in the FinTech industry.
