Pros
All the good reasons for working at Mouse are gone. The organization used to do amazing and impactful work, and there used to be a dedicated and passionate group of people working there. Not anymore.
Cons
Do NOT work here. You will overworked and under appreciated. You will be berated for not meeting unreachable goals. You will be asked your opinion, only to have to callously disregarded because leadership “knows best.” You will pour yourself into this job, only to be denied basic human decency. All while management makes way too much money and underpays everyone else. Unfortunately, everyone on the board and associate board are aware of the issues at Mouse, but have fully decided to ignore them. They’ve decided to stick their heads in the sand, despite having a low cash flow, the CEO alienating partners, and there being incredibly high staff turnover. Save your time, energy, and skills. Work at a different organization. You deserve better.

Mouse has a great mission and a fun employee culture that has survived turnover at the organization.

Some times during the year there are too many programs going on.
