While we appreciate you writing a review on our company there are several items you mentioned which are simply not true. Perhaps you are fabricating information in order to make the company look bad as you are a competitor or an employee that was terminated. - We actually pay for all employees who are on call and allow the employees to pick which weekends they would like to be on call for. - We pay our employees Overtime all the time if they need additional time to finish their work but rarely do employees need to be in overtime. - Each manager is always available including direct contact with the owners for anything that arises so I am unsure on the issue here. - It is true our company is growing rapidly and employees from time to time do take on more work but every employee that has ever worked for MoveitPro if with us more than a couple months always makes more than they were hired on at. - We always hire from within, so saying no possibility for upward advancement is simply not true. - As for the last several items they are so far-fetched I do not even know how to answer them other than they are untrue. The owners and managers at MoveitPro absolutely love our staff and are constantly trying to better the employee's experience with our company. Unfortunately, some employees get terminated because of inferior work ethic or negative attitudes and then they feel the need to blame or hurt the company. Regardless, Whomever this is...
