      You can do the work, go above and beyond, train an entirely new department, and they’ll find some way to terminate you. Especially under the guise of poor performance.

      Pros

      Small bank, great culture. I love having the freedom and flexibility to truly help our customers and meet their needs without worrying about meeting quota and sales goals. Our goal is the do the right thing for each person.

      Some of the processes and procedures are outdated. These are reviewed on a regular basis and adjusted to help us get the job done.

      The most caring staff at the bank have been there longer than five years.

      Cons

      Individuals with qualified skills and are the backbone to customer loyalty, are often passed over and not given credit for their hard work. Management is only good as the staff that support them.
