Based on my experience, I would advise candidates not to waste their time interviewing with this company.
Cons
There is a complete lack of job security, as employment decisions depend heavily on the owner’s mood, and employees may be terminated without prior notice. The work culture is unhealthy and highly unprofessional. The owner has access to employees’ mail accounts and monitors emails even when he is not included in the communication. Most of the day is spent replying to his chat GPT generated emails, the guy never satisfied even you generate a healthy online sales, which leaves little time to complete meaningful work, yet employees are still questioned about their productivity.
