      Pros

      Friendly office, good team, it's like a second family. You can always express your opinion and people will listen to it. No empty/useless tasks, you do a meaningful job and you can see the real impact of your actions.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit chaos, and still learning to use one tool for managing tasks in the team (but getting there)

      Everyone is chill and down to earth. It's a pleasure to come to the office to meet colleagues. Dog friendly office. Free fruit & coffee. Very flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Sitting in a basement. Noisy office space. Can't complain otherwise
