Internal system is in place, and you can see how much has been invested on this.
Cons
The two entities are based in the Netherlands with employees that are all over the world but are mainly in eastern Europe. The pay for both recruiters and sales agents are at circa 800 to 1400 Euros for a full time job. You can see that this is beneficial to those in a certain location, which explains why the vast majority of the employees are based where they are. The management refused to pay me when I left.
