      Your entry into the field, intense, many frameworks, many disciplines, languages and practices to learn. There are team leaders who support and let juniors learn and develop properly, programming wise.

      Cons

      Intense deadlines, horrible management, underpay salary, barely any room for career growth, no proper communication and possible developer burnouts in the way.
