      Cons

      High discrimination based on one's race and nationality. Pre-staged appraisal cycle, which always show biased preference. Performance, experience and skillsets are not factors of promotion/hike, rather factors like one's race, nationality and relationship with next in power decides any benefit improvement largely. Toxified environment by a large group of management employees.
