Pros
Some absolutely salt of the earth people working here who live and breath the job and were a pleasure to work alongside but these are few and far in between
Cons
Absolutely bullied and intimidated by existing staff who resented external applicants being allowed to come in and manage and supervise projects above their grade - was eventually told that I was the issue not them (despite several incidents and emails where I was openly intimidated) and would be bullied until I either resigned on my own accord or they could find something to terminate me for. Horrid horrid place to work.
